Since it is oil-breed silicone rubber, assembly/ASSY is smooth.
Due to its oil bleed properties, it can be easily assembled into an underbody shape. Color adjustment is also possible, allowing for differentiation from the housing and other parts. A hardness of 30° is the most popular, but you can choose from a range of 30° to 50°.
We can accommodate a variety of rubber properties, hardness, and colors starting from small lot sizes.
* High strength, high tear resistance, heat resistance, flame retardancy, steam resistance, oil bleed, etc. can be selected from various polymers. * Multi-color molding is also possible, allowing for the design of integrated gaskets. * Can accommodate sizes up to approximately 300mm. * We can also handle small quantities (quotation will be based on lot size). * Printing is possible depending on the shape. (As this is a custom product, separate molds will be required for each product.)
